At MamaAdore, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation/shipping notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days, where available.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹599.
Express shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.
You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct phone number, to avoid delivery delays.
MamaAdore is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images of the damaged package and product.
